Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
- Certain items such as opened cartridges, damaged packaging, or used printers are not eligible for return unless they arrived defective or damaged.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- If your return is rejected due to product misuse or missing components, you will be notified and the item will be shipped back to you (shipping charges applicable).
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost. Please include photos or videos for faster processing.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned or refunded, including but not limited to:
- Opened or used ink/toner cartridges
- Software or downloadable products
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Printers showing signs of tampering or physical damage not caused in transit
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong product).
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our fault.
